What size is the basic casket?
They are built to size specifications you provide us at the time of ordering.
Will you ship a casket?
We deliver within New England only. Shipping outside New England isn’t available at this time. Please call for delivery fee inquiries.
What does the cross on the casket look like?
We can build one bar (Latin), two bar (Patriarchal), or three bar (Orthodox) crosses which are attached to upper portion of the casket lid. Crosses are all optional and must be requested at the time of order. See our gallery for pictures.
Will you deliver to the funeral home?
Yes, we can delivery to any funeral home within New England. We will need contact details for the home and person accepting the casket delivery.
What color is the casket?
Creamy white. If stored, the casket will change to a golden white color. Caskets are unfinished. Finished caskets are not available at this time.
How do I cancel my order?
You must call to cancel your order. You may cancel any time prior to delivery. Refunds are only provided up to 24 hours after your order is placed.
Return terms?
We do not accept returns. If you have any questions or concerns with your delivered casket, please call within 24 hours of receipt. Quality and your satisfaction are important to us.
