We want ordering a casket to be the simplest process for you and your whole family. Here\u2019s what you can expect when you call us.

Your Casket Order is Placed<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll be greeted by Brion, the craftsman who builds the caskets. He will ask for your name, address, phone number, and email address. He asks for height and width measurements for the casket, discusses any customization options (see options here<\/a>), and plans for delivery. We offer deliver within Southern Indiana and will ask for a phone number and name of the person accepting delivery. Note: Delivery fees may apply depending on your location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Order Confirmed and Casket Built<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After your order is placed and payment cleared (see pricing here<\/a>), you will receive an order number and an emailed receipt. The casket is built within 3 calendar days (unless specified otherwise).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Casket Delivered<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Once the casket is built, we will call to confirm casket delivery time. We do not wrap caskets except temporarily for transportation. The casket will be delivered to the specified person and address provided.
